Each condo has a maximum occupancy as well as a maximum number of adults that are allowed in the room without an extra charge. You will be charged at check-in for any extra adults in the room beyond the adult limit up to the occupancy limit. The charge for extra adult per night is $10.00 (USD). Each rental is designed to sleep a specific number of people (maximum occupancy):
This number is (4 people 1B1B, 6 people 2B2B and 8 people 3B2B). You will be subject to eviction without return of your rental payment if more people are found in your rental.

There is a 3-night minimum stay on holidays and Spring Break. There is also a 2-night minimum stay on any reservation unless it is a weekday reservaton or a weekend during off-season. In order to preserve the peaceful family atmosphere at our Rocky Point Resorts, the person responsible for checking in will have an age limitation (I.D. will be required upon check-in and must match name on reservation). During Holidays and Spring Break THE INDIVIDUAL CHECKING IN MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. All other times, the age limit for the person checking in is 21 years of age or older. No smoking inside condos. No pets of any size/breed. Our resorts do not allow fireworks.
